Scam and rip off.. wish I read the reviews prior.. quoted $280 - $300 on the phone to remove dead rodent from the roof. Sam arrived and then proceeded to try and change an extra $200 being $100 for each dead rat he found plus $125 for treatment. So what was going to be $280 then turned into $605.. I had to argue and negotiate with him.. very pushy and argumentative and demanding for immediate payment.

This is a Scam company. VERY BAD JOB The Location they say doesn't exist Do not trust them, they prefer to call you then put in text or email. They use Random "contractors" a person arrived at my house in a kia hatchback and before walking in said its going to be $370, then $500 plus gst and $50 extra per room for Power/dust plus GST. I already had a written Quote in text for $270 they then called "the office" and agreed to my quote. They person performing the "pest control" sprayed the lower section of my house then was about to leave before agreeing to do pest control on the upper levels. The spray was inconsistent and there was large marks and pools of the liquid spray on the wood floors. The whole job took him 15 minutes and he never went into the roof cavity or provided advice on what was done. They do not respond to the office of Fair trading and ignore them. goes to show how dodgy this "company" is/

Beware, scam!!This is an absolute scam. Charged three times the price quoted to remove dead rat from ceiling. After removal (yes they did remove it however they did not deodorise as they were supposed to as we had to do that ourselves for the next few days ) they attempted to charge $1800 (which we refused)!! The three ‘technicians’ were totally unprofessional from the moment they arrived, the cars, the clothes, the conversation. They left a mess, damaged the manhole and even dropped maggots on the floor which we had the pleasure of finding later as unfortunately we didn’t check before they left as we wanted the ‘technicians’ out of our house. No invoice/receipt provided, just a text to pay, I wish we hadn’t! I have sent several emails trying to have damage repaired and it’s a total scam. Emails replied signed by a number not a name and insisting on a copy of the invoice which we weren’t given. I can’t even find Alpha pest control as a registered business. Any reviews that are positive are clearly by people associated with this scam. I’m sure the address in Brisbane CBD will be fake as well. I will be reporting to relative authorities to try and have this scam shut down so no one else is taken advantage of. Please do not use Alpha Pest Control. If you take the time to have a good look at the website you will realise it is a total scam and completely fake.

I also confirm that this is scam! We called them for a bee removal problem. They said it will cost us between $200-250, they charges $385 and the bees are still not gone. The guy broke our water hose sprayer as well. Dealing with this company and their subcontractor Gold Home Maintenance ABN 50 797 154 082 is highly unprofessional! We do not recommend them at all.

Scam warning. It's hard to find reviews for this site because google keeps linking it to "Alpha Pest Management" which is a different company. The reality is the price listed on their website and what they tell you on the phone is not true. They come and do the job, then tell you you owe twice the listed price. Stay far away.
