Brisbane City Pest Control

Brisbane City Pest Control is a fully licenced, family-owned and operated pest control service that has operated for more than a decade. It is run by Keith Jacobs, a third-generation pest controller with over 10 years of experience in the industry.

The business services the Brisbane, Moreton Bay and Redlands regions, offering preventative pest control treatments for homes and businesses.

Brisbane homes and businesses call on this pest control team for general treatments and rodent work, and the accounts return repeatedly to how dependable the service feels. Keith is the name that appears most, described as prompt, personable and clearly invested in what he does, with routine visits keeping properties free of pests over the long term. Ryan also draws praise for being friendly, professional and thorough, explaining his procedures and offering practical advice instead of rushing.

Communication stands out as a recurring strength, from booking through to the spray, with detailed reports sent after inspections and straightforward invoicing. Tidiness is another theme that keeps surfacing, technicians leaving rooms as they found them, and honesty is noted too, since customers report no pushy upselling and a discount bundle on combined pest and rodent treatments. Arriving when scheduled and working efficiently come up often, and the team's knowledge and readiness to answer questions leave clients feeling confident about booking again. That mix of punctuality, clear reporting and knowledgeable staff is what the feedback settles on.
