From the moment I contacted Liz for a quote, she and her team were professional, responsive, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I contacted several termite companies for quotes, and CTS stood out for both their professionalism and their competitive pricing. We were particularly impressed by the level of service provided. There were a few complications when it came time to proceed with the installation. CTS went above and beyond in liaising with our tenant and property manager. They returned to the property to provide advice on the preparation work required before installation. During the installation, Jono and the team took extra time and care to cover exposed soil to prevent the tenant’s dog from digging in the area. CTS consistently demonstrated great customer service and attention to detail. I have no hesitation in recommending Liz and her team at Complete Termite Solutions.
I have just had the MOST unbelievable service from Alex and Jason. I had some deterioration in my window sil I thought was water damage, turned out to be termites, caught early and Alex and Jason got to it straight away and treated the nests under my house. Jason was so lovely and supportive as it was all a bit of a shock, Alex is an absolute pro who loves his job. (what a team). I am so so thankful and feel so much better knowing the boys from CTS have looked after me and my home. Love you guys
Guys were great! Came out gave us a quote, decided to go ahead with them as they were polite, easily to deal with and seems like a great company. We are happy with the work and how everything was left. Would recommend them :)
Very impressed with Les. inspection of property inside and outside was very through , taking pics and using moisture reader in certain areas . Detailed areas that I needed to attend to. Money well spent. Highly recommended.
