We have booked this company's service 3 weeks ago for 8.30 am. Today we got a text message to say that the appointment is to be at 12.00 noon the day before the original appointment day. We rang them up and asked for clarification. According to the lady we spoke to, she said that they have been calling us all of last week and spoke to someone who has agreed to the time change. We advised that no one has spoken to us over the phone about this appointment revision. They now said they can only reschedule in 3 weeks time. Happy to take our business elsewhere. We thought that we are dealing with an honest and professional company... apparently not.
We had both Joshua and Deklan carry out the yearly inspection on our home today. They were both very professional and their inspection was conducted carefully and in great detail. I would suggest this inspection was the most thorough and professional we have had in our time here on the Gold Coast. Thank you both for your excellence.
We are consistently impressed with the team at Pest Ex who maintain our termite barrier throughout the year. Our most recent termite review was carried out by Joshua who was friendly, thorough and a great sport with our little boy during the inspection. Highly recommend
