Pest-Ex Termite & Pest Control Gold Coast
About the company
Pest-Ex is an Australian operated pest control provider on the Gold Coast, servicing areas including Gold Coast, Coolangatta, Burleigh, Southport, Tweed Heads, Robina, Broadbeach, Surfers Paradise and surrounding suburbs. Its technicians are fully licensed and locally based, and the company reports having served over 14,000 Gold Coast homes and businesses.
For termites, inspections use thermal imaging, moisture meters and Termatrac radar, with treatments including chemical barriers, baiting systems and reticulation. Ant treatments use pet-friendly, colony-targeting applications rather than surface-only spraying.

Beatriz was fantastic in helping us to get the right advice and treatment for our property. She was always available and went over and above. We can’t thank Beatriz enough and highly recommend Pest-Ex GC
I had a great experience with Pest-Ex Terminate! Beatriz Franca was super helpful and made the whole process easy and stress-free. She was very professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The customer service was excellent, and the team did an amazing job. Highly recommend!
Deklan Abbott as always provides an amazing service. Very friendly, always listen to our concerns and also explains what he is doing. Will definitely get his service again
We have booked this company's service 3 weeks ago for 8.30 am. Today we got a text message to say that the appointment is to be at 12.00 noon the day before the original appointment day. We rang them up and asked for clarification. According to the lady we spoke to, she said that they have been calling us all of last week and spoke to someone who has agreed to the time change. We advised that no one has spoken to us over the phone about this appointment revision. They now said they can only reschedule in 3 weeks time. Happy to take our business elsewhere. We thought that we are dealing with an honest and professional company... apparently not.
We had both Joshua and Deklan carry out the yearly inspection on our home today. They were both very professional and their inspection was conducted carefully and in great detail. I would suggest this inspection was the most thorough and professional we have had in our time here on the Gold Coast. Thank you both for your excellence.
We are consistently impressed with the team at Pest Ex who maintain our termite barrier throughout the year. Our most recent termite review was carried out by Joshua who was friendly, thorough and a great sport with our little boy during the inspection. Highly recommend
