Ensystex Australasia Pty Ltd

Ensystex is a privately owned company with a background of over 80 years in pest management, supplying products to professional pest managers. It has active ingredient synthesis and product formulation facilities in several countries, including the USA, Australia, Thailand, China and New Zealand, with research facilities located in North Carolina, USA, and in Australia.

The company distributes its products across major pest management markets worldwide, including the USA, Europe, South East Asia, the Pacific region, China, Latin America, southern Africa, Japan and the Gulf region.

Ensystex Australasia supplies pesticides and related products to the pest control trade, and the accounts that appear in reviews centre on the support given to the professionals who rely on it. Several accounts describe attentive service, noting that when a customer raised a concern about what turned out not to be an Ensystex product, Alex still attended the site to help resolve the matter. Something that features in review after review is the willingness of staff to assist, with state managers and the accounts team described as cooperative and quick to dispatch orders.

The online ordering system is singled out for letting pest controllers view product pricing directly rather than phoning around, which is said to save considerable time. The products themselves are valued as a dependable alternative when supplies run short, and the range is described as suitable for pests of all sizes. Named staff feature in the praise, including Will, recognised for his support in Western Australia, and Andrew from the technical team, whose guidance is found genuinely useful. Parking at the site is mentioned as convenient, and the tone is of a supplier that stands behind its products.
