Flick Pest Control - Adelaide

Flick is a scam. We signed up for their top-tier Gold Plan on a monthly subscription about six months ago because we were told we could cancel at any time. Unfortunately, their customer service has been terrible. Every time we call, they promise someone will call us back, but no one ever does. We recently contacted them to cancel our subscription because we’re unhappy with the service. They told us we could cancel, but we would still have to pay for the remaining months until we reach a total of 12 months. That’s completely different from what we were told when we signed up. It’s misleading, unfair, and extremely frustrating. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Wonderful experience from the very first phone call. I rang up needing a rodent service ASAP. After moving into our home we have had rodent infestation. I called the office and they were very accommodating and were able to fit me in the next day for my service. They explained everything step by step from what will happen during the service, what to expect after the service and the warranty that comes with my service. I decided to go with a Home Protection Plan and a rodent add on so I could pay monthly instead of paying upfront (Great idea) . My kids and myself can now sleep at night and not hear the rats having a party in the roof and walls. Technician was fantastic. I can not fault the company at all. So happy. Thank you so much.

Great experience ever! Daniel Bellini and all staff are phenomenal! Highly professional and efficiently, sort out my pest issue in two day. Highly recommend!

Great customer service from Flick Pest Control. They really listen to customer concerns and address any issues properly. The technicians are professional, thorough, and clearly know what they’re doing. Happy with the service.

General pest control spray done by Matt Maynard last week. Matt was polite and friendly, very thorough with the treatment and also considerate of my dog who was home with me at the time. Could not fault. I also received great customer service from Michael Krantis in the office.

We had Daniel B attending our property to undertake inspection, maintenance and reporting of our termite bait stations. We really appreciated Daniel's friendly, professional and thorough approach to the job. This service has definitely prevented major damage to our house due to active termites in the area.

Paul Huddy was so fantastic in explaining everything to.me regarding service on the day which was thorough and additional maintenance for termite treatment. He was very kind and great listener offering tips for fly control. Thankyou
