Flick Pest Control - Shepparton

Flick Pest Control - Shepparton operates under the Flick Anticimex name and has served Australia for over 105 years. It merged with Economic Pest Control. The business provides pest control services to residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Its service area includes Shepparton, Wangaratta, and surrounding areas such as the Goulburn Valley, Cobram, Seymour, Riverina Areas, Mt Beauty, Albury, Wodonga, Bright, Mansfield, and Yarrawonga. Flick offers residential pest control, commercial pest control, termite solutions, washroom hygiene, and disinfection services.

Commercial pest control covers hospitality, retail, healthcare, education, manufacturing, and local government institutions, and includes integrated pest management programs with 24/7 digital monitoring, scheduled inspections, preventative treatments, and compliance-ready reporting that meets HACCP and industry standards. Flick offers rodent control solutions including non-toxic treatments and SMART Digital Rodent Monitoring, a 24/7 non-toxic rodent monitoring system. It offers wasp control solutions to safely remove nests and prevent future infestations. Year-round home protection plans (Gold, Silver, Bronze) come with a 12-month warranty. Technicians are trained to Australian and International standards. Products are certified, methods traceable and documented, and procedures conform to HACCP and GMP standards.

Shepparton residents describe Flick Pest Control as a dependable option for both routine and urgent pest work, with termite inspections emerging as the service most often praised. Several customers highlight the thoroughness of pre-purchase and pre-sale timber pest reports, noting that findings are explained in plain terms and that the resulting documentation gave them confidence in their property decisions.

Keith is named for his friendly and professional manner during termite inspections, while Stuart and Katrina are mentioned as helpful points of contact, with technicians generally arriving when scheduled and working efficiently through homes and businesses. A recurring theme is the willingness to fit jobs in at short notice, including one instance where a European wasp nest was treated on the same day after the office rearranged its schedule.

Reviewers repeatedly comment on fair pricing, respectful treatment of the properties being inspected and the detailed written reports that follow. Yearly spider treatments and ongoing pest management for private homes and commercial premises also feature among the work described, alongside honest communication when a claim about an infestation proved unfounded. The company's family-run character is noted, as is the care taken to go over a property methodically rather than rushing the job.
