Pestology Pest Control

Pestology Pest Control is a family-owned business founded by Damian. Damian grew up on a rural property in Tatura and holds a degree in Natural Resource Management from RMIT, along with formal qualifications in pest control. Riley is a Senior Technician, with over a decade of hands-on experience and a specialisation in termite management. Riley's career began in Mildura and included work in the Northern Territory.

The business serves Shepparton and the wider Goulburn Valley region. It supports local schools, sporting clubs and community initiatives including Tatura Football and Netball Club, Tatura Junior Football Club, Tatura Cricket Club, Toolamba Primary School, Toolamba Fishing Club, Byrneside Hall and Light House Project. Services include comprehensive pest control for a wide range of pests, pre-purchase inspections and pest management for commercial and residential properties.

Pest treatments and pre-purchase property inspections are the services that come through most clearly, and the same names surface again and again. Damian features in a large share of the accounts, usually for his knowledge and the way he walks customers through findings, while Dallas, Riley and Damien Dollar are also singled out for professionalism and courtesy. Several customers describe punctual arrivals and reliable service from the first contact, with bookings handled without fuss.

Reports are a recurring theme: reviews regularly refer to thorough documentation delivered quickly after an inspection, sometimes within a couple of hours, followed by a phone call to talk through the main points. The advice itself draws praise, with technicians explaining the process so that households understand both the problem and the treatment. Wasps, general household pests and full building inspections all appear in the feedback, and the results are usually summed up by bugs being gone after a single visit. Tidiness, straightforward pricing and a friendly manner round out the picture, and the same phrase about a great team keeps returning across the feedback.
