Flick Pest Control Toowoomba

Flick Pest Control has operated in pest control for over 105 years and provides services across Toowoomba, covering the surrounding suburbs including Dalby, Oakey, Highfields and Wellcamp. The company uses SMART Digital Pest Control with data and non-toxic traps, and its procedures conform to HACCP and GMP standards.

For rodent problems, the business offers non-toxic treatments including SMART Digital Rodent Monitoring alongside its general pest control services.

Annual pest treatments and termite inspections form the core of the work described by customers of this Toowoomba operator, whose reviews repeatedly highlight the thoroughness of the technicians. Several accounts name individual staff members, including Alan D., Dean, Connaugh, Frank Hartin, James McQuade, Michael Swanson and Deon, praising their polite and friendly manner as much as their technical work. Something that features in review after review is the willingness to explain what is being applied and why, with customers noting that advice on preventative measures and clear communication before, during and after the visit made the process easy to follow.

Reviewers describe punctual arrivals, quick turnaround from inspection to written report, and treatments that reached areas previous providers had overlooked. Tidiness is mentioned too, with one customer recalling that cobwebs were removed inside the home as part of the visit. Termite concerns are handled with same-week inspections and detailed reporting, while general treatments are described as leaving no lingering chemical odour. Fair pricing and knowledgeable office staff who organise bookings clearly round out the feedback, and the willingness to return for future scheduled treatments is a theme running through the accounts.
