Fraser Coast Pest Control - Pest Australia

Fraser Coast Pest Control - Pest Australia is a family owned and operated pest control company. It has more than 45 years of industry experience. Its head office is on the Sunshine Coast. It services across South East Queensland down the East Coast to Coffs Harbour, New South Wales. It serves multiple sectors including commercial, hospitality, retail, warehousing, healthcare, pre-construction, public sector and residential.

The company is independent and family run. It offers pest control services including general pest control and pest control of termites, mosquitoes, ants, cockroaches, rats and mice, fleas, moths, spiders, flies, and more. It uses eco-friendly pesticide alternatives. Its product range is allergy, asthma and pet friendly. It offers annual intensive treatments and DIY monitoring maintenance programs.

Punctuality and thoroughness stand out as the themes that customers return to most often, with technicians arriving when promised and working carefully through the whole property rather than rushing. Toby is named repeatedly for his knowledge, friendliness and the attention he gives to explaining treatments and findings, while Mark is praised for walking customers through each step and providing guidance on maintaining pest control afterwards.

Reviewers frequently describe the communication as strong, both from the office when scheduling and from the technician on the day, and several note that they were kept informed about the work being carried out and what was found. The types of work covered include general pest treatment and termite inspections, and one account mentions a bundle arranged for a termite inspection at a favourable price when the booking was made.

Tidiness is another point that comes up, with property left clean and no lingering odour reported after treatment, and information leaflets are mentioned as a helpful addition for getting the most from the service. Fraser Coast Pest Control in Hervey Bay is described as professional and respectful of homes, with the team's coordination between staff noted, and Ben is singled out for being pleasant and efficient while completing the job in good time.
