If I could give 10 stars I would. Kelvin was quick, thorough & extremely kind & helpful. He was super patient & understanding of my stress amongst moving houses & I would not hesitate in recommending him & this company for anyone needing an end of lease pest spray done.
The original two stage treatment i had from two different people didnt make alot of difference to my german cockroach infestation. My two stage warranty treatment which was completed by Baz has made such an incredible difference i have only seen a few cockroaches since he did a treatment. With the second done today. Im feeling very happy and positive with the service Baz provided.

Leigh did a general pest pray with rodent bates today-thorough, detail oriented, communicated well and was very professional. Happy with their service. Have been using them for years as a local pest control and will recommend to anyone.
A full indoor and outdoor pest control treatment was completed in October, but unfortunately the results have been very disappointing. Since the treatment, there have continued to be ongoing issues with many spiders both inside and outside the home. There have also been cockroaches around the property, and most concerning, two large funnelweb spiders were found inside the house. This is extremely alarming, especially after a professional treatment. Previous pest control services (with a different provider) did not result in these problems, so this experience has been particularly frustrating. After approximately 3.5 months of continued issues, contact was made with the company. One email and one phone call were returned, advising that the service was under warranty and that a confirmation time would be provided on Monday. No confirmation was ever sent. Two further follow-up emails were also ignored. The lack of results, follow-up, and communication is extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, this service cannot be recommended.
