Newcastle Pest Exterminators

These guys are fantastic, they did sub floor ventilation on my house and Kordon termite barrier on my new build and were extremely professional. Manos has great product knowledge and is a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

Some of the best customer experience I have received in years. There was a miscommunication on the first visit which left me dissatisfied (mostly a lack of research/communication on my part), but when I voiced my issue the owners responded promptly and were extremely quick to resolve everything. Very kind, very genuine and truly went above and beyond! Wonderful family owned and operated business, which is always great to get behind. They say that real customer service happens when things go wrong and these guys have definitely made a loyal customer out of me.

Manos & his team are simply the best! Their professionalism & attention to detail in eliminating all your unwanted house guests is outstanding. We recommend them to everyone!

Great to deal with and easy to book. Oliver was fantastic at his job, so polite, knowledgeable and efficient.

I had the team at Newcastle Pest Exterminators upgrade my subfloor ventilation fan system. They were very insightful, helping me understand the potential influences on my subfloor moisture issue, and did a great job with the install. Highly recommended!

We cannot speak highly enough of this pest company. Manos took over our termite treatment after a very stressful experience with a previous specialist who was unreliable and unprofessional, and the difference has been night and day. He has been prompt and consistent with visits, extremely hard-working, and very professional. Communication has been clear, kind, and approachable at every stage. Manos took the time to patiently explain the treatment process, termite behaviour, and what to expect moving forward, which gave us real peace of mind. Pricing has been fair and transparent, and it’s clear they are highly experienced and genuinely care about doing the job properly. After a difficult start with termites, Manos and his team have restored our confidence and made the process far less overwhelming. We are very grateful and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing termite treatment or pest control.

Thankyou Greg for your prompt, courteous and most professional service and advice. Unlike many trades - I felt trusted and had no hesitation with leaving you in our home, whilst the treatment was applied. Merry Christmas to you and team Newc Pest Exterminators!!
