I just want to asking i had problem with the ISS security in the Melb Airport. On Wednesday morning April 10, around 5.30-6.00 in the morning. I see one small luggage unattended, and then i call the number what i got in my red card for report that. And the security who received my call said i need to bring upstair to the security, and i say i dont want because is not my job. My job only report that. After waiting about 40 minute, no one come, and i call again i said can someone please look i to it because the luggage is close where the shop i am working. And she said i need to bring to lost and found. And i answer the same like before thats not my job. And i cant touch bag unattended. We never know what is inside the bag. Because last year happened like this and someone come to check the bag. And she said the bag already pass the security so is fine. And i still answer her the same is not my job,my job is just for report that. And look like she is so upset with me, she ask my name and where i am working 15 minutes later she some with one man, and straight away she talk to me with the loud voice and so rude, she said i am rude because i dont want doing what she said to me. And she talk to me very very rude infront of a lot of my customers in the shop where i am working.ask my manager number so she can report me, is funny because i am the right place. She dont even ask me where is the bag. So she can come to yell at me but not doing her job ,and more she is supervisor security and her initial name is ML. And she said to me the rules is changed, how can i dont know that when i doing the induction?? But after that i ask a lot of another security who is working on the Melbourne airport and the same company with her. Everyone said i am right ,i cant touch the bag.and every security in the airport who i speak said she is very famous with the bad attitude. Even one of them said to me how can she ask me (only civillian/non security) to take the bag. So in here i want to ask , how can one Supervisor security dont have manner nothing at all , and dont know the rules?? I am sorry if i am wrong, but what she doing come to the place where i am working and speak so rude to me is very wrong. And one thing veru big, when she speak rude to me, i already say sorry to her.and you know what she answer...she said i am not sorry. OMG so rude.

I attend the MCG every week either as a footy fan or working in the corporate suites there. I have been impressed by the standard of cleaning in all areas and can attest to the ISS staff being efficient friendly and well presented. Keep up the good work!

Saw them "cleaning" the train- was just a bloke walking with a wet wipe wiping the occasional handle or button, merely doing it for formality
