Little Critters Pest Control & Termite Management Specialists

Little Critters Pest Control & Termite Management Specialists has delivered pest control services to more than 1,200 homes from Caloundra to Noosa since 2015, and is a family-owned business with a long-standing presence in the Australian pest control industry spanning over 30 years. The company is QBCC licensed and holds $20 million in public liability insurance.

Termite management solutions include inspections, pre-construction barriers and termite management systems, with a 12-month warranty on every job.

A striking feature across feedback is how often customers single out named technicians for their warmth and diligence. Chris and Paul are regularly praised for taking time to explain pest behaviour, the reasoning behind a chosen treatment and practical prevention steps, with written reports, photographs and follow-up recommendations provided after each visit. Punctuality and reliability come through strongly, as does the care shown inside a home, whether working quietly around a sleeping infant or settling a nervous dog. Several accounts describe quick responses to a callback, with ants or cockroaches returning only to be sprayed again promptly and without fuss.

The depth of inspection before a property purchase, and treatments spanning annual termite checks through to quarterly servicing of unit complexes and commercial facilities, are noted as thorough relative to the amount charged. Reviewers describe the booking process as simple and the scheduling reminders as helpful, keeping long-standing clients on track year after year. Staff are characterised as honest, personable and meticulous, leaving premises clean and offering advice on protecting the property between visits. It is this blend of technical care and genuine friendliness that occupies the greatest share of commentary.
