Complete Termite Solutions | Sunshine Coast

Complete Termite Solutions has been providing pest control and termite treatments on the Sunshine Coast since 2014. Its team of fully licensed pest control technicians uses radar and thermal imaging cameras for termite detection, and installs termite barrier systems including Biflex, Exterra, HomeGuard, Kordon, Trelona, Sentricon and Termidor.

The company provides a warranty on all its services.

Sunshine Coast residents repeatedly describe Complete Termite Solutions as a dependable choice for termite management, with several customers noting they have returned to the company over many years for annual inspections and barrier installations. Reviewers frequently highlight punctuality, mentioning that technicians arrive at the agreed time and often send a courtesy message beforehand, and that work is completed on schedule and in line with the quoted price.

Named staff feature prominently in feedback: Alana in the office is praised for organising bookings smoothly, while Tracy, Darren, Chris, Stacy, Michael, Nick and Alex are each described as polite, courteous and willing to answer questions with clear, experience-based explanations. Customers value the thoroughness of inspections, including checks of multiple ceiling manholes that some other providers reportedly decline, and describe the team as transparent from the first call through to follow-up.

Tidiness after a job is a recurring point, with sites left neat and tidy once treatment is finished. Office communication is mentioned just as often as fieldwork, particularly when tight timelines or overseas travel require flexibility. The work covered in accounts includes pre-purchase pest inspections, termite protection barriers, annual inspections following white ant discoveries, and general pest control, with long-standing clients noting consistent results.
