What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Free termite inspections as part of the booking process are mentioned repeatedly in reviews of Safeguard Pest Control, alongside general pest sprays used for end-of-lease and rental turnovers. Long-term customers, including one citing six years of use, describe consistently high-quality service across multiple visits. Technicians Brendan and Archie are credited with explaining termite reports in detail and, in one case, treating an extra affected area at no additional charge.

Trent from Safeguard Pest Control conducted our quarterly pest bait station inspection at our property in Pelican Waters last Friday. A genuinely nice character. He arrived on time, was very polite and courteous and did an extremely thorough bait station check while also taking the time to explain what he was doing and why. I understand he has not been with Safeguard very long but this young man will go a long way and is already a good representative for the company. I hate to say it but it can be a rare thing nowadays to see someone carry out their job well in a highly positive manner. Well done, I hope to see you again at the next inspection Trent. regards Shane Russell
The service providers from booking to the inspection were very professional, punctual, knowledgeable for their job. The inspection was offered free of fees! Recommending" safeguard" to anyone requiring the services in protecting their properties from infestation

Fantastic service from yhe team at Safeguard, from Courtney in the office to Mike the tech and everyone in between thanks for providing a great service. This is the second time we have used Safeguard when needing a pest spray when leaving our rental and can't fault them in any way. To the team at Safeguard thanks and have a great Christmas 🎅
Have used Safeguard for about 6 years now. Would recommend their pest control services. Thomas came today for our annual inspection and pest prevention treatment. Very thorough and helpful. Always received high quality service with this company.
I’ve used their services four times now and I’m always amazed by how friendly and knowledgeable the staff are. They never rush through the job—instead, they treat you like a real person, taking the time to say hi and answer any service-related questions. Luke Wilson (termite inspection) and Cleve Murray (pest spray) were fantastic!
We had Brendan from Safeguard come and do a termite inspection and pest spray today at our home. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. After he finished, he took the time, to go through in detail the termite report to make sure we understood everything. Great customer service 10/10
