I’ve used their services four times now and I’m always amazed by how friendly and knowledgeable the staff are. They never rush through the job—instead, they treat you like a real person, taking the time to say hi and answer any service-related questions. Luke Wilson (termite inspection) and Cleve Murray (pest spray) were fantastic!
We had Brendan from Safeguard come and do a termite inspection and pest spray today at our home. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. After he finished, he took the time, to go through in detail the termite report to make sure we understood everything. Great customer service 10/10
Guy that came out to do the service was great. Accounting not so much. First they got my email wrong and it took me phoning them to ask about the bill for that to be clarified. Paid the bill immediately, got asked the next day to pay it. Let them know I had. 1 month later was notified they were going to contact a debt collector for the unpaid bill! ?? Phoned them and pointed out date invoice was paid (which included my name and the bill invoice no)and still that wasn’t enough. I had to email a picture of my bank payment. So over it now and can’t recommend them to others
