After completing the inspection, he clearly explained the condition of my property and identified potential factors that could attract termites if not properly addressed. Gerald has been an absolute legend and a lifesaver. We discovered a bee hive at home, and with a 2.5-year-old around, I was understandably quite stressed. Gerald went completely out of his way to come as soon as he could and helped remove the hive quickly and safely, giving us real peace of mind. Gerard is a pro in the pesticide business. He is very knowledgeable, hard working & always gives you the right advice. Never tries to drum up extra money for the sake of it. He inspects your house thoroughly & then suggests the plan of action & what he will use & for what. The first time he came to our place, he saw rat droppings, slight termites & cockroaches. Since he sprayed, laid down the baits, we haven’t seen a single rat, termite nor cockroach issues. Plus it’s all odourless. The first treatment was obviously a tad dearer because of the above mentioned issues but then every yr we do the maintenance & it’s not much. Worth every $ coz it works. He is very honest. If he can’t do the job coz it’s out of his scope of business he will tell u straight up. He is so good, he gets booked up months in advance. So my suggestion is plan ahead, call him for an inspection & book immediately. We would recommend his service to anyone. We wish him Good Business always.
