What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Punctuality and plain-spoken communication are the themes that surface most often in feedback on Natural Pest Control QLD. Reviewers repeatedly note that technicians turn up when scheduled, walk through what the treatment involves and leave the property as they found it, free of mess or lingering smells. Brian and Jordan are singled out for friendly and capable service, and long-standing clients describe the same dependability holding across many years, with some households staying with the business for roughly two decades.

The work covers general pest treatment alongside termite inspections, and customers mention thorough coverage of the whole home and proactive follow-up that sees concerns through to resolution. Inspection reports arriving afterwards are called detailed and straightforward to read, while the office staff are described as simple to deal with. Treatments are said to remain effective for the period the company indicates, and several accounts note a clear improvement once the work is done. The recurring thread is a hassle-free, professional experience from the first enquiry to the final report, built on advice that households keep coming back to.

We have been using Natural pest Control for about 20 years now. They have consistently been reliable and transparent with all of their interactions. The products last the time they propose they will. We continue using them still and would happily recommend their services :)
