Had a suspected rat in my wall, called Vaughn on a recommendation to get him to have a look. He was able to come a little earlier than initially discussed, and was quick as a flash getting into the area for a look. Emerged a short time later, with some great news and some steps taken to make sure this didn't become a bigger issue - with a detailed plan on how we can approach it in future if any concerns arrive. Timely, professional, and just an all-round great bloke who clearly knows what he is doing. Can't recommend enough.
