NoTrace Pest Control

NoTrace Pest Control is based in Hervey Bay and serves the wider Fraser Coast region. The owner, Benny, moved from South Africa to New Zealand in 2002 and spent more than two decades there before settling in Hervey Bay. Before starting NoTrace Pest Control, Benny worked in quality assurance within the IT industry. Customers deal directly with Benny from start to finish, with no call centres or subcontractors. The business provides pest control services for residential and commercial properties.

Treatments for ants, cockroaches and rodents, along with end of lease pest work, form the core of what customers in Hervey Bay describe. Several customers highlight Ben's communication, noting that he explains each step of the treatment and offers advice on keeping pests from returning, a theme that recurs across the accounts. Speed features strongly, with one caller reporting the job completed the following day and another describing a substantial rodent problem resolved quickly and efficiently.

Reviewers repeatedly mention that the property is assessed thoroughly before options are outlined, and that follow-up after the visit is handled well. Friendliness and patience with questions are common threads, with Ben described as pleasant to deal with from the first call through to completion. Care around the home is noted, with treatments carried out without disruption to the household. Preventive guidance on protecting the property accompanies the general household work. The names Ben and Benny appear throughout the feedback, and the consistency of the service across different pest problems is the common ground between the accounts.
