Perth Pest Control

Perth Pest Control is a 100% family owned and operated Western Australian business that has been servicing the local market since 1999. It is a second generation family business. All technicians are employed by the company, not subcontracted, and are fully licensed by the Health Department of WA with current national police clearances. The company uses radar equipment to detect termites in hidden areas and GPS tracked vehicles for its technician fleet.

It only uses water-based treatments, not solvent-based, and original manufacturer's brand products, not generic products. The company services the Perth metropolitan area and beyond, from Two Rocks to Mandurah. Through its subsidiary Regional Pest Group, it covers the south west of Western Australia including Albany and Esperance. Services include termite treatments, termite detection, and general pest control.

Around Mandurah, Perth Pest Control draws consistent praise for its bird and wildlife control work and general pest treatments. Reviewers often mention the punctuality and responsiveness of the team, describing quick replies to enquiries and visits that happen when promised. Named staff, particularly Buddy, Mark and Stuart, are singled out for their knowledge and calm, friendly manner, with several customers noting that termite baiting and barrier installations were completed neatly and efficiently.

The thoroughness of treatments is a recurring theme, whether the issue is pigeons in a roof space, ants in kitchen cabinets or spiders and insects around a newly sprayed home. Customers describe being kept informed from the quoting stage through to completion, and many appreciate that follow-up visits are arranged when a problem persists.

Tidiness and care during the work come up often, including one account of a bird problem resolved without harm to the animals. The company's family-owned character and ethical approach are noted, alongside fair pricing that customers regard as reasonable for the standard of service. Others mention annual rebooking as a matter of course. The results speak for themselves: homes left free of webs, insects and rodents, and clients returning for further bird control and pest management work.
