Dan has been coming to us annually for approx 13 years when he first attended an old rental exit spray. He knows his stuff, is a great guy and the sprays last annually. I recommend him to everyone!

Not recommended. Paid $450 upfront without an inspection. The service consisted of an 8-minute spray outside using a backpack sprayer. No powder or misting was used, and I have seen no results—spiders are still present. When booking, I specifically requested an external, under-house, and roof cavity spray only, but the receptionist insisted that they only offer a full internal and external service. Upon arrival, the technician saw that renovations were underway and could have suggested rescheduling. Instead, they proceeded with a minimal spray outside. For $450, I expected a thorough treatment, including under the house and in the ceiling cavity, as discussed. Other companies, such as Flick Pest Control and Tas Fumigation, have provided much more comprehensive services with no upfront cost. The response to my concerns was dismissive, stating that an 8-minute treatment was sufficient. I disagree. A proper service should be carried out as promised. A partial refund or respray would have resolved the issue, but neither was offered. Leaving an honest review to inform others of my experience.

Have been using platinum pest control services for a number of years now to combat ants and rats/mice , in this time the results and customer services has been absolutely excellent especially through the warmer months where the ants used to go absolutely bonkers.

Dan has been managing our pest control for the last 20 years, and I wouldn't use anyone else! He's a great guy and does an awesome job. He always checks in to see if we have any particular issues to focus on and gives great information about how to manage post-pest control care. Thanks Dan - love your work!

Great service, friendly prompt and very reasonably priced. Thank you. As I live on my own I felt very safe leaving Dan at my home doing his thing and locking up for me. Would recommend anytime!
