What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Rodent and general insect jobs both feature in reviews of this Perth-based Tom's Pest Control, from a mouse treatment followed up with a final inspection five weeks later to an ant infestation reviewers say cleared up completely after one visit.
One customer engaged the company for a rat problem linked to a backyard aviary, while another describes a job that included fitting motion sensors and closing off entry points rather than only spraying. Technicians are consistently described as friendly, patient with questions and reasonably priced.

Leon from Tom's Pest control was so polite and knowledgeable. I called for a quote was happy to go ahead and on that same day got treatment done for mice. This was fast and efficient. In 5 weeks they are back to do the final inspection
We had a terrible ant problem that was a daily struggle to keep up with. Tom's pest control was fantastic. The man who came was lovely and patient with all my questions and explained everything about the process. The price was affordable and we havnt seen 1 ant since. I would highly recommend them. Thank you tom's pest control
Pest control service man was helpful, informative and pleasant to deal with. I had a rat infestation treatment because of my aviary. At this stage I cannot say how the treatment worked as it's too early to tell, but I'm hoping for the best.
Wonderful professional service and a solution that included installing motion sensors and closing of all entry points. Impressive and very friendly team.
Easy to make booking but business got my address incorrect twice. Once is for the location inspection while another was invoicing to wrong address.
We have had two different treatments from Tom’s Pest Control and both times there been very professional and prompt. Both times when I called up, the staff were also friendly and helpful and I was able to book appointments in the same week. We’re very happy with the results also. Thank you.
Dave and his team came in and did the job so swiftly and accurately! Will definitely use them again! Thank you Tom's Pest Control!!
