We had Rentokil do our apartment complex common areas. It was very difficult to deal with their admin and for them to get the billing correct. They incorrectly charged us for services and would send overdue notices with no description of the service that was performed. Some of the services that were charged to the body corporate account was actually for tenants that contacted them independently for other services. You would think it would be a simple process to Email the accounts department and give them the tenants details or even for them to get the details when the tenant contacted them directly to arrange the service, but alas no - it always ended in a calamity….
