Rentokil Pest Control Townsville

Praise centres on the expertise and manner of technician Jodie Barr, whose visits to commercial premises and homes around Townsville recur throughout the feedback. A handful of customers describe her as knowledgeable and professional, noting that she spots problems they had missed and explains how to prevent them from returning, whether the issue involves hygiene, sanitary inspection or a bird that had found its way into an office roof. Reviewers often mention that she answers every question without hesitation and leaves clients confident about what was done and why.

Beyond the named visits, the wider team is described as attentive to detail, unhurried and focused on delivering results, with one client recalling that after trying another provider they returned and were pleased they did. The bird control and inspection work is handled with care, and customers appreciate being kept informed rather than interrupted, with one noting the job was simply completed around them and explained afterwards. Communication before and after each visit, along with the willingness to field further queries, is a point that comes up often, and the consistent thread is thorough work carried out by people who take the time to get it right.
