Termitrust Pest Control Townsville | Termi Home & Commercial

Termi Home & Commercial traces its origins to founders who invented Termimesh, a stainless-steel physical termite management system developed as an alternative to chemical termite barriers. The Termimesh System went on to receive several patents, reflecting its early standing as a pioneering approach to termite protection.

Today the business offers termite barriers, termite treatment and general pest control, alongside a broader range of property services including waterproofing, floor coating and artificial lawn installation.

Townsville homeowners frequently highlight the thoroughness of the termite assessments and pest treatments carried out by Termitrust Pest Control, with several reviewers noting that inspections are detailed and that comprehensive reports follow the work. Technicians such as Jesse and Damien are repeatedly named for their professionalism, friendly manner and willingness to answer questions, and customers describe them as punctual and efficient while remaining careful and detailed on site. An observation shared by more than one reviewer is the quality of communication, from prompt replies when organising a visit to clear advice about what is required to resolve a pest problem.

Reviewers also mention that technicians arrive exactly when arranged and work respectfully through both houses and sheds, carrying out internal and external spraying as part of the service. Repeat business is a recurring theme, with some customers noting that they have relied on the team for several years and intend to book again annually. The helpfulness of staff extends beyond standard duties, with one account describing assistance with a large garden pot, while others simply express appreciation for a pleasant, easy experience from start to finish.
