Termite Free Naturally

Termite Free Naturally is a family-owned and operated business that has provided termite prevention and eradication services since being established in 1995, and describes itself as South Australia's only eradication service that focuses exclusively on termites. The team has over 30 years of combined experience and is fully accredited in pest management.

Founder Robert Cameron worked alongside the CSIRO's John French to develop the company's natural termite baiting system, which uses pet- and people-safe bait rather than sprayed chemicals to destroy termite colonies.

Homeowners with long-standing termite concerns describe a service built on repeated inspections and follow-up visits rather than one-off treatments. Several customers note that traps are checked regularly and punctually, and that termite activity was treated quickly and efficiently when it appeared. The maintenance package is a recurring theme, with reviewers explaining that yearly monitoring kept their properties protected over many years. Named team members Cameron and Scott come up repeatedly for their thoroughness, friendly manner and clear explanations, including locating and destroying nests rather than simply applying chemicals.

Reviewers highlight the detail-oriented approach to installing and reinstalling traps, particularly after renovations, and the confidence this gave them. A detail many reviews return to is the natural, eco-friendly method, which customers say feels better than heavy chemical treatments used previously. Communication before and after each visit is mentioned as approachable and easy, with staff listening to individual property needs. The ability to handle high-termite-risk homes on a wooded block, sometimes with three inspections a year, is described as worthwhile. Follow-up monitoring after an active infestation, and the care taken to explain findings, rounds out the account.
