Verminators Pest & Termite Control illawarra has built a loyal following in Wollongong, with clients returning for repeat treatments across many years. Kym is the name that recurs most in feedback, described as knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Several customers describe procedures and products being explained in detail, including options safe around children and pets, while punctuality is a consistent theme, with appointments kept and communication before and after the job prompt and easy. The quality of the result draws frequent praise: cockroach problems are sorted out quickly, and follow-up contact confirms the work has held.

An aspect raised across a number of reviews is fair pricing and honest advice, including occasions when a do-it-yourself solution was suggested instead of an unnecessary service. Tidiness and respect for the home feature as well, with pets undisturbed during treatment and no mess left behind. Hamit is named alongside Kym as part of the team, and long-standing clients describe using the service for routine treatments and one-off infestations alike. Recurring work covers general household pest control and termite-related treatments, with homes kept protected between visits.
