They didn’t ask me for a deposit or any upfront payment when I made the appointment which I appreciated as their competitors wanted this. They arrived on time & were very thorough, killed a termite nest in my front yard. Lovely guys too, very personable. Highly recommend them.

Great customer service and excellent responsiveness when termites found during a bathroom renovation. Gordon spent a lot of unpaid time talking us through the process and what would be required to enable the renovation to continue. Could not fault both Gordon's and Rachel's in-person service and assistance on the phone. Highly recommend.
