All Things Pest Control

All Things Pest Control is a 100% locally owned and operated pest control business, established in 2017 by Josh and Sahri Lovett. Its team has a combined pest control industry experience of over 30 years throughout the Mackay region.

The company provides pest control for residential, commercial, strata and industrial buildings, and uses thermal imaging cameras for termite detection.

In Mackay, this pest control operator has earned loyalty from households and businesses that return year after year. An aspect raised across a number of reviews is how swiftly enquiries are handled, with appointments arranged around the customer's needs and staff arriving at the agreed time. Once on site, technicians explain their approach before starting and then work through the job methodically. The finish matters as much as the treatment: for a full termite program, furniture was shifted with care and the property handed back spotless.

Kim and Troy are named for their courteous and capable manner, and a technician at a yearly spray drew praise for being mindful of dogs and birds. Clear scheduling and annual reminders keep protection uninterrupted, and the pricing is described as reasonable with no pressure to add extras. Repeat clients mention homes, businesses and rental properties serviced over many years, with the same standard maintained throughout. Routine sprays, termite work and ongoing property servicing form the core of what customers describe, and the attention shown inside the home is what keeps them booking again.
