Central West Pest Control draws consistent praise for the thoroughness of its treatments and the professionalism of its technicians across Geraldton and the surrounding region. A recurring theme in feedback is the care taken on larger properties, with one customer noting a general spray covering both the house and an extensive outdoor area, and the technician locking up afterwards.

Several reviewers describe the team as knowledgeable and happy to offer advice on seasonal pests such as spiders and crickets, and mention that repeat visits over multiple years have remained reliable. Named staff feature prominently: Martin is singled out as helpful and well informed, while Clayton is described as meticulous, focused on clarifying specific requests before starting work, and a strong representative of the business.

Friendliness around children and pets also comes up, along with a willingness to handle secondary tasks such as removing dead rodents from a roof cavity, which reviewers frame as going beyond standard pest control. Customers repeatedly note that communication before and after the job is clear, that appointments are kept without fuss, and that the pricing feels fair for the scope of work completed. The result is a dependable local operator whose technicians pair technical knowledge with a courteous, methodical approach to both household and larger rural treatments.
