Had a problem with rats / mice . Very prompt response by Luke , he explained why these pesky critters are currently a problem and detailed the most appropriate service option for my situation . He checked for possible entry points and made some suggestions for future proofing my home. Service completed and I feel confident that my home will soon be critter free . Have used multiple times and the service is consistent and always noticeably improves the amount bugs we have lingering around. With the wet weather in recent years and bushland around our property, it's nice that we can call and have someone around within the week that we can trust to do a good job without a second thought.

Another perfect annual pest control from a company that cares about its customers and doing a great job every time. My house was a rental for 30yrs before I bought it and it had so many bugs.
