Flick Pest Control Dubbo

Absolutely pathetic service from Flick. I paid for a 1-year pest control plan, and all I’ve experienced is constant rescheduling—often on the very day of the appointment. It’s beyond frustrating. Every time, I’m forced to call, sit on hold, and chase them up, only for the same thing to happen again at the next booking. What’s the point of giving customers a date and time if you have zero intention of showing up? People take time off work based on these appointments, and Flick clearly has no respect for their customers’ time or commitments. The Dubbo branch in particular is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. If the manager or owner actually cares about their business, they seriously need to fix this mess. Until then, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I had tech Alan R , and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Alan was punctual, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was causing the issue and walked me through the treatment process so I knew exactly what to expect. The results were immediate — the pests are gone, and the area was left clean and tidy. What really stood out was Alan’s attention to detail and genuine care for solving the problem properly, not just doing a quick fix. Highly recommend Alan to anyone needing reliable, honest, and effective pest control. Excellent customer service.

Trevor Williams is my usual technician and I have scheduled regular servicing. Trevor always calls me in advance to let me know that he is on his way and always asks if I have any issues he needs to be aware of. Very professional service.

I recommend Bruce and jaycen to anyone they are very good at what they do. Bruce will explain everything before he goes and does anything to the house. If you need pest control I recommend these blocks they are excellent. Good at their job as well.
