Flick Pest Control Geelong

I will admit I had reservations when signing up for a Flick pest control subscription. Our new house came with a Flick Reticulation System and it initially felt like we were cornered into a costly maintenance plan that I was sceptical about. I did some research and Flicks pricing and subscription model were comparable and convenient. Then when our technician Cailem G turned up I was very impressed. Very professional, efficient, informative and courteous. When Cailem encountered access issues (due to another trade) he helped me work through them with the relevant tradies and promptly came back to finish the inspection once the access issues were resolved. Consequently, I quite happily recommend Flick and their services.

Cailem was very friendly and professional, service was completed thoroughly. The whole process from start to finish was simple and staff were friendly . Would definitely recommend!!

I had a great experience with this pest control service. The team was professional, punctual, and explained everything clearly before starting the treatment. They used safe products, worked thoroughly, , Thank Paul for your great service. I really appreciate the professional work and the time Paul took to explain everything. . Excellent service at a fair price—highly recommended!

Had a termite inspection completed by Cailem from Flick and was really impressed with the service. He was punctual, professional, and explained everything clearly. The inspection was thorough, and he took the time to answer my questions and provide helpful advice. Great experience – highly recommend Cailem.G and Flick for peace of mind with pest management.

0 stars – Do Not Recommend We experienced unauthorised charges and constant run-arounds. Nobody calls you back when the company is at fault. They “forgot” to close off an old account, kept blaming a system change or a third party for the errors, but never actually resolved anything. We were assured our contract would end with no financial repercussions after all the mistakes – yet another transaction was still taken from an account they were meant to have removed. We had no issues with this company for years, but ever since transferring to the Geelong branch it has been one problem after another. The constant avoidance is unacceptable and provides terrible customer service for such a well-known company. To be told “you aren’t the only one this is happening with” is not reassuring – it’s alarming. The only positive in this entire experience has been Savi from the customer care team. She was the only person to return calls after days of chasing and actually attempted to resolve things. Five stars to her. We now await formal confirmation of our refund and closure of all accounts – something that should have been done last week.

Jake was amazing. He came to our workplace and was so thorough and professional. 10 out 10 for work and friendliness. Well done Jake

Flick as a company are amazing, Mike was great to deal with, called to let me know he was on his way, very knowledgeable and explained the process clearly and what to look out for and what to expect, if I could give Mike 10 stars I would. Highly recommended
