Deegan was absolutely amazing. Professional. Helpful. Polite. Instructed me on what to do if the problem continues.
Cheryl was very friendly, early to the appointment time, and very thorough. Went above and beyond what was required. Spoke with Kiara to book in, also very friendly and helpful on dates and flexible on times. Very happy with the service provided. Will recommend to everyone.
More than happy to recommend this business. Very pleasant and helpful staff from my initial phone contact through to treatment day. Noel arrived on time and was extremely careful yet thorough. He was also very polite. The whole pest control experience was professional. Happy customer 😊.
Had our annual pest spray done by Cheryl and Tristan who were friendly and polite. They showed courtesy in taking their shoes off for the inside spray, the job was done quickly and gave tips on how to keep the pests out. Very happy with their service.
Flick have been a delight to deal with. Their yearly reminders are always handy and being on a plan ensures we are always looked after. We had the pleasure of having Cheryl as our exterminator. Cheryl was on time and all of my concerns were listened to and addressed. Cheryl took the time to ensure that the job was done thoroughly, which was highly appreciated. We will continue to use Flick for many years to come.
Tristan and Mitch delivered an outstanding termite service. Their expertise in identifying and treating termite infestations was remarkable. They provided thorough inspections, recommended effective treatment plans, and executed the treatment with precision. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and attention to detail made them a top choice for termite control. I highly recommend Tristan and Mitch from Flick Pest Control for their exceptional services.
Friendly, helpful and effective service. Noel arrived on time, did the usual inspections and treated a persistent ant problem. Returned two weeks later to ensure treatments were successful. I would recommend this service.
