Jim's Termite & Pest Control Toowoomba

Jim's Termite & Pest Control Toowoomba is an independently owned business operating within the national Jim's franchise, with each technician acting as an independent business owner. Technicians are licensed, police checked and insured.

The business provides commercial pest management for hotels and motels, cafes and restaurants, warehouses and factories, workshops and schools, and its termite inspections include a visual inspection of roof and underhouse voids with a detailed report.

Landlords and property managers around the Toowoomba district describe pest control work carried out by Daniel as reliably thorough, punctual and clearly explained. Reviews of his termite inspections and general treatments repeatedly mention that he takes time to set out what is being applied and why, and that he adapts the approach to the circumstances of each property rather than following a single routine. German cockroaches and rats feature among the pests reviewers say were identified and eliminated, and one client of four years points to a guarantee covering completed work.

Care taken to protect children and pets during and after treatment comes up often, along with a habit of explaining what to expect once the job is finished. Chris earns comparable praise for tracing the source of an infestation and for talking through the treatment plan in plain terms. Reliability, a professional manner and the effort invested in diagnosing a problem before treating it form the recurring thread, and several reviewers note that clear communication before and after each visit is what keeps them booking the same technician across their rental portfolios.
