Brett came to the rescue last minute for me as I was moving into a property and it needed to be pest controlled asap. He did a very thorough job and was so professional, punctual, reliable and explanatory. Definitely will be using Brett on a regular basis from here on in. I score Brett a 10 out of 10.
Brett is very rude and his communication is unclear. He doesn’t treat his customers respectfully.
Brett is very knowledgeable, professional and prompt. Highly recommend local pest control Illawarra.
Brett arrived perfectly on time. Communication was fantastic, very easy to talk to. Shared some great knowledge to help ease my mind about all the creepy crawlies. Will 100% book again and recommend to everyone.
We had Brett from Local Pest Control Illawarra out and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From the start, the entire process was smooth and professional. Brett explained everything in detail, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely confident in what was being done. He came in, got the job done efficiently, and was so friendly and easy to deal with, such a genuine people person. After having a really negative pest control experience last year, I was honestly a bit nervous, but Brett completely restored my trust. Highly recommend Brett and Local Pest Control Illawarra, I wouldn’t use anyone else now. ⚠️ Just a quick note: Make sure you’re booking the correct business - Local Pest Control ILLAWARRA. There is another business with a very similar name and they are NOT the same. Brett is the real deal and deserves the credit for the great service.
Brett was able to book us in last minute to spray our new property before we moved in. Despite rain and some delays on our end, he was happy to reschedule so we could still receive the treatment within our tight timeline. So glad we booked with him and will definitely have him back for future treatments.
Had a decent rat problem at new place with them chewing through internet cables and walls, called Brett and he came with baits and traps and within 7-10 days there were no more signs of them. Definitely recommend.
