Mandurah Pest Management

Mandurah Pest Management is a family-owned company based in Falcon, WA. It serves Mandurah and the Peel Region, specialising in residential and commercial pest control. The team is experienced and fully qualified. Every treatment is backed by a warranty. The company provides pest reporting information for health inspections and tailors treatments to specific requirements.

It is multicultural and inclusive, sensitive to cultural diversity. Commercial pest control is not performed during trading hours. Services include termite treatments, termite barriers, and control for cockroaches, spiders, ants, mosquitoes, rodents, and birds.

Punctuality and clear communication are the themes that surface most often across feedback for this Mandurah operation, with Michael named repeatedly as the technician who turns up when promised and keeps clients informed before, during and after treatment. A handful of customers describe being fitted in at short notice, including a same-day visit ahead of guests arriving and a vacate flea treatment squeezed in after other bookings.

Reviewers often mention that jobs are completed thoroughly, with skirting boards, small gaps and specified areas all covered, and one account notes that a previous company had missed sections that were visible on camera. Advice is explained in plain terms, questions are answered on site, and properties are secured afterwards when owners cannot return. Pricing is described as fair and affordable against other quotes obtained, and the thoroughness of the treatment itself draws comment.

Work spans general household pest control alongside flea eradication and bird control, reflecting the broader animal control and service establishment listings under which the business appears. Repeat bookings for annual maintenance are common, and the readiness to take on unpleasant or difficult jobs without hesitation is noted. Michael's professional manner, knowledge and efficiency run through the feedback, with the second and subsequent visits treated as the clearest sign of satisfaction.
