Best, fastest and most reliable. I have been using David for about 5 years and he has never missed. Anytime you need to be fumigated Optimum Pest Control will be there no problem.
David took my call and was able to get to us the same day. He did a thorough inspection report, put down some treatment then and there and came up with a plan for a comprehensive baiting and monitoring program. Easy to talk to and good communication.
I would highly recommend David and Optimum Pest Services. When we recently had a rat problem, David was very prompt to secure our property with baits, then a follow-up inspection and successful result. I found the price to be very reasonable and David to be punctual, courteous and professional.
We’ve used Optimum Pest Services twice now and have been extremely happy both times. Their communication is excellent, the service is professional and reliable - absolutely would recommend!
David did a fantastic job. Very professional service from start to finish. Highly recommend this service.
We had been dealing with ongoing pest issues for a while and had already tried a few other pest control companies, but nothing seemed to properly resolve the problem. That all changed when we worked with David from Optimum Pest Control Cairns. David handled a commercial pest control treatment for us at Royal Kingsman, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. He’s easygoing, very professional, and clearly knows his stuff. The consultation process was a breeze they even provided a clear PDF overview of everything before getting started, which gave us a lot of confidence. The treatment itself was quick and hassle-free. David made sure everything was done efficiently and was finished before we opened for trade, which was a huge plus for our business. Highly recommend David if you’re looking for effective, professional, and stress-free pest control.
Thank you David for doing the pest control on my commercial kitchen. Thank you for being on time, easy to communicate with, respectful & pleasant. I’m looking forward to working with you for the 3 monthly.
