Pest Off Solutions Pest Control Cairns

We’ve been using Pest Off Solutions since 2019 and couldn’t recommend them highly enough! We have our annual cockroach, ant and spider treatments done through them, and have also used them for invasive bee removal and termite treatment. Every service has been fantastic. Hamish in particular is an absolute pleasure to deal with; he’s friendly, professional, trustworthy and always makes sure you’re happy with the service before he leaves. The whole team is courteous with their reminders, communication is excellent and they’re always punctual. Hamish arrived right on time to the minute today, which I really appreciated as I’d travelled home from work specifically to let him onto the property. It’s so reassuring having a company you can rely on year after year. Fantastic service from genuinely lovely people. We wouldn’t use anyone else! Highly recommend Pest Off Solutions. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bit disappointed with the pest off solutions services when I first started with them they offer 4 months program to deal with sorting out pest problems they didn't come around during the 4 months to replace the traps they come around after 4 months to check the traps twice and after there two worker drop in to collect the traps with no concern if everything is alright after I was told a different version of their services that during the 4 months the traps will be changed every month for the 4 months but during the 4 months I wasn't well they didn't come around until I notify them I was well enough for them to come around and now just got told they changed the traps for free twice what happen to the 4 months program they were quick to demand payment for their services but in the end it was all about the money scamming vulnerable people and have the audacity to say feel free to find other pest control company who can do more to help you with your pest problems I would not be ringing this company again and not recommended this company to anyone who are vulnerable they are affordable but not good enough to provide the services they describe they say one thing and do the opposite of what they offer very disappointed pls don't take advantage of vulnerable people it's not good for business.

Gavin came around and provided a thorough inspection of the property (with detailed report) and also protected the house from roaches and ants. So far it seems to have worked a treat, not one pest in sight! Gavin is a lovely fella as well.

Hamish does a fantastic job. Absolutely nothing bad to say about what he does. He takes the time and effort to go out of his way to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the job. A+ man! Thank you!

Gavin and the team at Pest off Solutions are great. They are super helpful and knowledgeable and happy to work with you. Highly recommend

**Review Update: I used this company again recently for a mosquito yard treatment. The cost was less than half what I was quoted by a national chain, and I honestly wasn't sure if it would make a difference at all. It's been 4 days post treatment and I haven't seen a single mosquito. We are finally able to use our yard again! This is a fantastic company, we are so impressed. At the current price point it's affordable to do on a regular basis as well. ** I was really happy with this service. The fellow who attended my house was very professional and friendly, and he was really knowledgeable about the pests. Price was less than expected with a 1 year warranty.

I booked in with Pest Off Solutions to have my property treated for ants, Cockroaches and spiders but they didn't have any vacancies until May as they are very busy. To my surprise, I received a phone call saying they could do the job earlier. The young man Hamish who arrived to do the treatment was an absolutely fantastic guy, so friendly and polite and engaging. He was very quick and efficient explaining what he was doing and why. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again when needed.
