Pestaway Pest Management Cairns

Scott was the lovely gentleman who attended ohr property very easy going and helpful.

So easy to deal with. Always super friendly and efficient service technicians, and the bookings and invoicing process is smooth and well organised.

excellent service and provided by experienced and friendly staff from the phone call to the treatment

I had bought a second-hand property, but found that there was an ant nest under the carpet, which was causing me a great deal of trouble. I had also spotted cockroaches around the kitchen, so I asked this company to carry out pest control for both issues. A very friendly inspector explained the process to me whilst applying the treatment in various areas. The treatment took effect immediately, and I was surprised to see a large cockroach scurry out in a panic. After allowing the area to dry thoroughly, I went into the room and saw the dead ants. They haven’t reappeared since, and we are now living very comfortably. The final bill was exactly as quoted in the initial estimate. They are a very good company. Thank you very much.

Cheerful friendly team. Arrived on time Scott and his coworker did a walkthrough of the property, they explained what was needed and the reason for this. The whole process took roughly an hour. Very thorough and professional and report received within two hours of job completion. I will happily use the company again. Thank you.

Pest Away have now visited our property for the third time in a short period due to an ongoing ant problem. Prior to each visit, we were advised to thoroughly clean the house — which we did. We are a very clean, no-shoes household, yet on every occasion the technician arrived and walked through the house with muddy shoes, despite then advising us not to mop for 48 hours after treatment. Not only is this incredibly frustrating and unhygienic, but the ant problem still hasn’t been resolved. We’ve now been told this is because the house is set into a hill. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I wouldn’t recommend this company.

Great service. Appreciated update on process before service started.
