Cairns Pest Control Services

Cairns Pest Control Services holds current QBCC and Queensland PMTO pest management licences and provides physical pest control and fumigation treatments for homes and businesses. Its senior technician, John O'Grady, has 60 years of experience designing custom termite barrier systems tailored to Far North Queensland conditions.

The company also provides professional bed bug treatments for homes, hotels and accommodation properties.

Termite treatment and general pest control are the services that come up most in feedback for this Cairns operator. More than one customer describes long-standing relationships with John, who is repeatedly named for his knowledge of termite activity and his willingness to explain what a property needs before any work begins. Reviewers mention annual inspections, white ant treatments and follow-up visits for ant and cockroach problems inside and outside the home, including one large house beside bushland where a half-day treatment and a return visit resolved a persistent infestation.

A point that comes up often is reliability: calls are returned, appointments are kept, and scheduling is adjusted around demanding work commitments. Customers also note fair pricing, efficient and friendly service, and the care taken with cleanliness afterwards. Madeline is named alongside John, and the pair are described as honest in their assessments and trustworthy with long-term protection of a family home. Repeat business over many years, including more than a decade of termite monitoring, appears throughout the accounts, alongside satisfaction with additional services booked after the first job. Workmanship and clear advice on property protection round out the recurring themes.
