Unreal business. Sensational staff and absolutely brilliant in every aspect. Booking and administration team are amazing to deal with, and field staff are knowledgeable and super friendly. I know a bit about pests, having 4 young kids, but they are the proper professionals. 10/10, cannot fault.

Pestrid was engaged to carry out a termite inspection on our property. The inspection report confirmed that no termites were present in the house at the time of inspection. However, the inspector exceeded the scope of his engagement by including subjective commentary on construction-related matters, despite lacking both the qualification and instruction to assess such issues. These comments were unwarranted and inaccurate and caused unnecessary angst. However, two independent building inspection reports prepared by suitably qualified and experienced building inspectors refuted the comments made by the Pestrid inspector.

We have been dealing with Pestrid for many years and they never disappoint. Such professional and efficient service which we would highly recommend to others. Dale did our treatment and was great, such a nicer person you could not wish for. Thank you to the team.

Thank you In between the rain we squeezed in our annual pestrid visit, to avoid all the bugs, cockroaches, spiders, ants etc It worked well, we did indoors first, due to rain, then they came back a week and a half later for outside, then paid at the end!
