Rentokil Pest Control Brisbane
What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
One technician, Brendan, is described working overtime pulling apart roof sheeting, wall cavities and exterior metal until a pest source was finally found, in a review of Rentokil Pest Control's Brisbane branch. Elsewhere, reviewers describe technicians Kasey and Casey explaining how to reduce pest numbers going forward rather than just treating the immediate problem. One commercial customer notes the same technician, Salvador, has serviced their premises for three years.

Adam Jurgensen, knowledgeable and great service highly recommend
Great service by Daniel Vernon who services our site and provides informative feedback and solutions to assist us with pest and preventative maintenance.
We had Rentokil do our apartment complex common areas. It was very difficult to deal with their admin and for them to get the billing correct. They incorrectly charged us for services and would send overdue notices with no description of the service that was performed. Some of the services that were charged to the body corporate account was actually for tenants that contacted them independently for other services. You would think it would be a simple process to Email the accounts department and give them the tenants details or even for them to get the details when the tenant contacted them directly to arrange the service, but alas no - it always ended in a calamity….
Such an amazing job. Really through and always professional. Thanks Adam Jurgensen
