Rentokil Pest Control Cairns

Last week we had a termite barrier installed around our home, this is the second time we have had this completed since we have owned the home, the first being with another Cairns based company. We had major problems with that company not issuing certificates etc.. despite the significant investment, hence the decision to change to Rentokil Pest Control Cairns. The Rentokil guys arrived Friday morning both were named Alex so that made remembering names easy 😉 really friendly, polite fellas, they arrived on time and communicated what the process would entail, conducted a thorough pest inspection prior to commencing the installation and then set to work protecting our home. They were very communicative around what was happening throughout the day, and they left the property in great condition. The same afternoon we were emailed a certificate if installation by their office. Everyone we dealt with, from the time my wife requested a quote to the conclusion of the installation and payment of the account was super friendly and polite, a complete pleasure to do business with. Based on our experience I can highly recommend Rentokil Pest Control Cairns as a company to put at the top of your pest management list; they will certainly have our business going forward.

Matt J did my house. Excellent service. Professional, reliable and efficient. He explained everything clearly and completed the job quickly and thoroughly. He is friendly, knowledgable, and easy to deal with. Highly recommend.

Absolutely the best pest control business we’ve ever used — hands down! We live in Cairns so we know how bad bugs, spiders, cockroaches and ants can get up here, and we’ve tried a few companies over the years — none come close to these guys. From the first phone call the office was friendly, helpful and gave us a clear, fair price with zero hidden fees. The technician arrived right on time, was polite, professional, and really knew his stuff — he took the time to explain exactly what he was doing, what products he was using, and reassured us everything is safe around our dog and young kids. He didn’t rush, treated every corner inside and out, roof void, subfloor, the lot. It’s now over 3 months later and we haven’t seen a single pest — not even the big huntsmans that used to love our verandah! If you want a job done properly, by people who actually care and stand behind their work, do yourself a favour and book them. 10/10, will be booking every 6 months from now on. Thank you Matty absolute legend.
