T&T Pest Management earns consistent praise across its reviews for the thorough, professional way Terry handles every job in Rockhampton. Termite barrier installations and inspections recur as the standout work, with customers describing the process from quote through to completion as straightforward and well explained. Terry is named again and again as knowledgeable, approachable and generous with his time, answering questions patiently and offering practical advice rather than rushing off. Reviews time and again mention punctuality, noting that he arrives when promised and keeps communication clear before, during and after treatment.

Cockroach problems in newly rented homes are resolved quickly, and preventative programs are described as effective, with no further activity afterwards. The pricing is called reasonable for the standard delivered, and the figure quoted at the start is said to carry through without surprises. Property managers highlight his responsiveness to owners' requests and his willingness to accommodate tight schedules, while private households value the reassurance he provides and the tidy state he leaves each property in. It is the combination of technical skill, honesty and genuine care that reviewers keep returning to, particularly on termite work and ongoing prevention.
