Advanced Pest Control

I have emailed and called their 1300 number to book a Termite and Pest Control as my home was built by McDonald Jones Home and they have no replied to emails or phone calls. First I got told their number was being diverted to Sydney and next was a Christmas Party. What’s the point of having all these customers on your book when you don’t bother returning calls or emails to make a booking? This will remain one star until I hear from you.

I wish I could give 0 stars! I do not recommend this company, very rude and unprofessional to deal with. Absolutely disgusted with the service I received. Was labelled a difficult client as I repeatedly asked for them to come after a certain time, so I could be home. They tried to gain access before I arrived, then complained about my dog. Not to mention the man who came out insinuated I looked too poor to live in my house.

Called for an opinion essentially, took the time to give me advice in the absence of a secured job, very thoughtful and friendly service.
