ALBAZI PEST AND TERMITE CONTROL PTY LTD

ALBAZI Pest and Termite Control provides pest control services to both residential and commercial buildings throughout Melbourne, servicing Roxburgh Park, Broadmeadows, Donnybrook, Craigieburn, Glenroy and surrounding areas. The company treats cockroaches, termites, ants, spiders, rodents, mice, rats, bed bugs and fleas, and all technicians are trained and certified.

It also offers pre-construction termite management systems, installing termite barriers as one of the steps in the building process for new homes.

Termite inspections, household pest treatments and ongoing termite protection refills are the jobs that recur through the feedback for this Roxburgh Park operator. Aprim is the name that appears most often, and the praise around him is consistent: he turns up when he says he will, works methodically through the property, and takes time to explain what he is doing and why. A handful of customers describe repeat bookings, mentioning that insect activity dropped noticeably after spraying and that they have continued with scheduled visits. Thoroughness during inspections is a point that comes up often, with accounts of detailed checks and clear explanations of which treatment suits a particular site.

Reviews time and again mention honest communication before, during and after each job, along with quick responses to enquiries and a friendly, efficient manner on site. Beyond routine pest work, annual treatments and three-year termite protection refills are described as handled with the same care, and long-standing clients note that results have held up over years of use. It is the combination of reliability, plain advice and tidy follow-through that shapes the accounts, closing on the termite refills and annual sprays that keep customers returning.
