***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!*** We agreed on a price back in 2021 and they have withheld my compliance certificate for ransom asking for additional payment. Half the additional payment was warranted with an extra site visit but not the full amount they are seeking. Do not use them. Dodgy. It’s now 5 years later and they still refuse to release the certificate. DO NOT USE. I can’t warn other owners enough… they are dodgy! AND YES, I have the correct business. Henry and Yara. If others stood up before me I wouldn’t be where I am now, so I’m standing up for future clients to not get ripped off! If I could give negative 100 stars I would. I would suggest ALL future clients call the VBA to enquire about how many similar reviews to mine they have had regarding Best Termite Control in Dandenong.

DO NOT USE! Absolutely appalling experience. This company withheld my compliance certificate as ransom for extra payment, even though I had already promptly paid the full quoted amount in writing. Three months after the job was completed, I received an unexpected invoice for an “outstanding amount” — with no prior discussion, no variation, and no explanation. The company admitted it was due to their own pricing error, yet still attempted to blackmail me into paying by refusing to release the required certificate. This conduct is unprofessional, unethical, and in clear breach of their legal obligations. Once work is compliant and paid for, a certificate must be issued — it is not a bargaining tool for billing disputes.
