Jonny was excellent, and gave us great advice on our rodent/mouse issue. He helped with providing internal/external treatments and identified some causes and actionable steps for us to help resolve the issue sooner. He also went above and beyond with identifying some home maintenance issues that might have been contributing to the problem. Would recommend.
